Students gain a practical insight into the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the application process in Germany. They learn how AI can support them in the preparation of application documents, what opportunities and risks arise and how they can use digital tools in a reflected and responsible manner.
Contents:
This highly interactive workshop teaches the fundamentals of AI and provides practical tips on its use in the application process. Typical questions dealt with in the workshop include
-getting to know possible applications of AI throughout the application process
-from the job search to the cover letter to preparing for interviews
-discovering effective prompting techniques to achieve targeted, high-quality results with AI tools
-Understand the use of AI to optimise CVs and cover letters - individual, target group-specific and tailored to the respective position
-Develop strategies to remain authentic and credible when using AI
-Insights into the attitude of recruiters towards AI-generated applications:Get inside views on AI-generated application documents
-Overview of the use of generative AI in application management systems (ATS) in German companies
-Get to know free tools to support the application process and familiarise yourself with aspects relevant to data protection
