Workshop
The application process is much more than just sending out a CV. It is an opportunity to make your own personality visible, to clearly communicate your individual strengths and to impress with a confident appearance. This is exactly where our workshop comes in.
In this interactive online workshop, you will learn how to confidently highlight your professional and personal strengths and use them in a targeted manner. We will look at how women are often perceived, what unconscious patterns are at work in the application process - and how you can use these to your benefit without bending yourself.workshop content
- Recognising and naming your own strengths You will learn methods to clearly define your skills - professionally, personally and socially. We will show you how to formulate these strengths in such a way that they come across as authentic and convincing.
- Develop a confident demeanour Whether in a video call, a face-to-face interview or in written documents, your demeanour will determine how you are perceived. We work on your body language, presence and confidence so that you feel comfortable in any application situation.
- Reinforcing written communication Together, we will analyse how you can design cover letters, CVs and short profiles to reflect your personality and come across as professional. You will receive formulation strategies that convey clarity and self-confidence.
- Convincing oral communication We practise typical application situations - from elevator pitches to job interviews. You will learn how to get your message across in a clear, structured and effective way without belittling yourself or exaggerating.
