Globalization is bringing more people from different cultures into contact, whether in professional or personal situations. Since intercultural interactions and overlapping situations are not always characterized by mutual understanding, difficulties and conflicts can arise. This is primarily due to the fact that intercultural interactions are significantly more complex and problematic than intracultural interactions. To navigate intercultural situations appropriately and positively, a high level of intercultural competence is required.
