Student Tutors for Exchange Programme Students

Tasks:

• Participation in the preparation workshop
• Meet & greet at the train station/bus station
• Advice and support when filling in forms and registering (e.g. university, city, bank)
• Guided tour of the city and the university
• Support, e.g. answering questions

Opportunities:

• Expense allowance & Certificate of Participation
• Bonus points for an application to an exchange program at the Ulm University

Communication:

• Fill out the application form and send it to incomings(at)uni-ulm.de.
• Then, you will be added to the S.T.E.P.S-Mailing list and receive information about the preparation workshop, events or students needing support

Expense allowance:

For each supported student, you will receive an expense allowance.

The expense allowance (regular mentoring) is € 40.

The expense allowance for the support under corona-condition (reduced mentoring) is as follows:

• €15 for a virtual buddy
• €20 for meet & greet
• €40 for meet & greet + virtual buddy
