Ulm University will introduce a new campus management system. We will gradually replace our current student administration systems. In the future we will manage application, admission, student administration, exam administration and course planning in an integrated system with HISinOne. The web-based architecture of HISinOne will enable user-friendly and secure applications for mobile devices. The system will also provide convenient self-service functions. In addition, we will improve and optimize our administrative processes.

The first module we will introduce is HISinOne APP. HISinOne APP will digitize all steps of the application and admission process. This should improve and accelerate our matching procedures with Hochschulstart for the nationwide admission-restricted subjects medicine and dentistry as well as for our undergraduate programs with restricted admission (e.g. biochemistry, biology, psychology). Our goal is to launch HISinOne APP for our subjects and programs with restricted admission as early as winter semester 2021/22.
