Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes

• It is not possible to register or deregister for examinations and prerequisites during this period. Please ensure that you register for and deregister from examinations before the portal is closed.
• In exceptional cases, it is possible to register and deregister for examinations in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes by e-mail to studiensekretariat(at)uni-ulm.de, taking into account the applicable deadlines and specifying the exact examination (name of the examination, date of the examination and examination number).
• Study certificates and certificates of previous study and examination achievements (ToR) cannot be downloaded.
• The course catalogue is not available.
• Course timetables and study programme plans cannot be displayed or printed.

State examination programmes in medicine and dentistry

• Study certificates and certificates of previous study and examination achievements (ToR) cannot be downloaded.
• Examination registrations and deregistrations in the state examination degree programmes in medicine and dentistry are not affected.

• If you are conducting an examination between 9 and 11 March 2026, you must download the participant lists by Sunday, 8 March 2026 at the latest.

• It is not possible to register a Bachelor's or Master's thesis in the system during this period.

Admission Committees & Examination Committees

It will not be possible to process applications for study places during the specified period.

Room Administrators & Curriculum Planners

• Course data cannot be edited during the specified period.
• Room searches, room management and occupancy requests are not possible during the specified period.
• The interface to Moodle is deactivated during this period.
