We are happy that the DFG has decided to fund a instrumentation unit, consisting of a
- Wyatt Dawn MALS 8-angle detector
- Wyatt Opti-lab refractive index detector
- the brand-new Wyatt Dynapro NanoStar II
- BioRad NGC (FPLC) with multi-wavelength detector
With this unit, we will be able to analyse exact molecular weights, stoichiometries, dispersity and other parameters of biological macromolecules in solution.
