The Alumni Newsletter is free of charge and will in future be sent via the service provider Sendinblue. With this newsletter tool, information can be displayed in an attractive way directly in the e-mail. Sendinblue was checked by the data protection team of Ulm University. We ask you to give us your consent that we may continue to send you the newsletter via Sendinblue in the future. If you consent, the following data will be passed on to Sendinblue as long as you do not revoke receipt of the newsletter or cancel your alumni membership:
- Salutation, title
- First name, last Name
- E-mail address
- Language

1) Alumni office for receiving the newsletter and other information that may be of interest to you, such as event information or subject-specific surveys.
2) Communication and Information Center (KIZ) for processing your data record with the label for receiving your consent to continue receiving the newsletter via Sendinblue.

Data processing by a third party for sending the newsletter
We transmit the personal data (salutation, title, first name, surname, email address and language) to our service provider Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin in order to ensure that the information is sent to you properly. Sendinblue is a service with which the online newsletter dispatch can be organized and analyzed (number of openings and clicks). All necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from misuse are taken by us and by Sendinblue on our behalf.
