Virtual company speed dating

15 minutes = your chance

The Career Service at Ulm University has already carried out 3 virtual company speed datings. The event attracted great interest from both companies and students. Unfortunately, due to capacity reasons, the virtual company speed dating cannot take place in the summer semester of 2024. The next event period is expected to be from June 3rd - 5th, 2025. Registration for students is possible from the beginning of the 2025 summer semester.

Get in contact with the companies of your choice

You can have short 15-minute interviews with the companies of your choice. Take a look at the companies who are looking for students in your study field and register for a specific time slot at the companies you would like to have an interview with. The meetings take place in a virtual meeting room.

Choose your interview partner

At the beginning of the summer semester 2024, the participating companies will be presented and the registration for the time slots of the companies will be activated. The participating companies are sorted by study course. Registration for the interviews is possible from April 15, 2024.

And here's how it works

1) Register via our Career Center for the companies you would like to have an interview with. A maximum of 20 interviews are offered per company.
2) After you have registered for time slots of your choice, you will receive the links to the virtual meeting rooms of your conversation partner.
3) On the days of the interviews you have registered for, be punctual and dress appropriately.

TIP:
Prepare yourself well for the interviews. Learn about the company online and keep your curriculum vitae at hand.

More information:
Registration for the interviews is processed via the Career Center by JobTeaser. The participating companies use a video conference system of their choice to hold the interviews. A device with camera and audio function is required for participation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Most of the company descriptions are in German. However, you will find a note at the top of the company descriptions if interviews are possible in English.
