General Information
This seminar, offered jointly by the Institutes of Microwave Engineering and Electronic Devices and Circuits, will expose you to the world of microwave and millimeter-wave systems from several angles. It will cover the following topics
- Systems
- Antennas
- Interconnect and packaging
- Integrated circuits
using examples from the participating institutes' own research and the recent literature. Dive into one of those topics yourselves, conducting literature research, understanding the underlying principles, and presenting your findings to students and staff. Plus, benefit from your peers' presentations. In doing so, you will gain a uniquely broad understanding of this fascinating topic, which fuels progress from high speed communications to self-driving cars.
