Digitalization, format conversion, recording and editing of digital AV media.
Design (print and online products)
The service includes the conception, design and production of print and online media in the corporate design of the Ulm University.
Printing & Further Processing (Order)
The service includes printouts on high-performance laser printers, printers with emission-free Xerox solid ink technology (final papers) as well as poster prints on large format inkjet printers. The further processing of prints concentrates in particular on the binding of final theses, various types of brochures, scripts and the production of flyers as well as the lamination of posters. Books are produced in library quality. In addition, high-quality individual bookbinding special works are also possible.
Printing via network (SB)
The kiz provides a variety of output devices for self-service printing from PCs or notebooks via the fixed network, WLAN (eduroam) and VPN as well as from PC pools and UNIX systems. Laser printers are available in black/white and colour.
Photography
The service includes scientific and medical photography, factual and architectural photography, portraits as well as the photographic documentation of university events. Photography can be arranged indoors, outdoors and in the photo studio of the kiz. Part of the service is also the digitization of originals and framed small picture slides.
Equipment for rent (multimedia)
The service includes the rent of media technology: cameras, tripods, microphones, loudspeakers with built-in amplifier, sound recording devices, beamers, cables and adapters, etc.
Lecture hall media equipment
Planning, operation and maintenance of media technology equipment in the university's lecture halls and seminar rooms.
