Tobias Jahn

Tobias Jahn studied Computational Science and Engineering at the University of Ulm and completed his master's degree at the end of 2023. In his master's thesis, he dealt with methods of explainable artificial intelligence and developed a new user-centred counterfactual explanation approach.
As a scholarship holder of the cooperative doctoral programme "Data Science and Analytics", Tobias is working on Explainable Decision Support Systems as part of his doctorate. In addition to his doctorate, he works for the DASU as a data scientist and supervises a project of the start-up Semaso, in which processes of the recruiting agency are automated and individualised at the same time with the help of algorithms and artificial intelligence.
