received his B.Eng. degree in Information Engineering in China and later an M.Sc. degree in Neuroscience from the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany, in 2022. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg in 2026, where his research focused on deep learning methods for physiological time-series analysis.

He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at Ulm University. His current research interests include deep learning for physiological time series, biomedical signal processing, sleep EEG analysis, foundation models, and predictive representation learning for multimodal physiological signals.
