From Stuttgart Airport:

1. By car rental: Get on freeway A8 to München-Ulm. Take exit Ulm West to Ulm. Distance is about 75 km, ride takes about 60 min.
2. By train: Take S-Bahn S3 to Stuttgart main station (25 min). The train (preferably ICE, IC, EC or IR) takes you to Ulm Hbf (55 min). 

From Munich Airport:

1. By car rental: Get on freeway A92 and subsequently A8 following the signs to Ulm-Stuttgart. Take exit Ulm West to Ulm. Distance is about 150 km, ride takes about 1h 40 min.
2. By train: Take S-Bahn S8 to Munich main station (40 min). The train (preferably ICE, IC, EC or IR) takes you to Ulm Hbf (1h 10 min). 

From Frankfurt Airport:

1. By car rental: Get on freeway A5 in direction to Karlsruhe/Basel. After about 100km take exit 46-Dreieck Karlsruhe and follow the freeway A8 in direction to Stuttgart/München. Follow the freeway for about 150km. Take exit Ulm West to Ulm. Total distance is about 280 km, ride takes about 3h.
2. By train: There is a direct train (ICE) from Frankfurt airport to Ulm Hbf. (2h 15min)
