The registration fee covers meals from Monday lunch to Friday lunch (lunch and dinner), as well as water and coffee breaks at the Castle. It also includes a guided tour of historic Günzburg on Wednesday afternoon and the conference dinner at Schloss Reisensburg on Thursday evening.
Accommodation and breakfast is provided by the conference for plenary and invited speakers.
All other external participants are responsible for booking and paying for their rooms.
