The data is divided into 2 parts, the first data set includes all questions 1 to 59 and 68 till the end – it is called ‘pregnancy’. The second data file includes the questions 60 to 67 regarding the older children of the family (if any) and each older child is one  observation/data line – this table is called ‘children’. Both tables are provided as SAS- and SPSS-files.                                                           

A documentation of all variables is given as an additional Excel-file with two sheets -   one for the pregnanc table and one for the children table. 

An annotated CRF is also included (variable names were added in red and coding in  blue colour onto the original questionnaire).
