Pregnancy questionnaire

All variable names of the pregnancy questionnaire start with ‘S’.
Derived Variables (mainly combined date and time variables) had the suffix ‘x’.
If there were relevant handwritten comments given on the questionnaire which could not be
ignored, we added these comments in an additional column. The name of the comment
variables is combined out of the regarding variable and the ending “_com”
(e.g. for ID C855 the comment ‘self’ was given for question 03 indicating that the questionnaire
was filled in by the mother herself); this comment is provided in the additional variable
‘S03_com’ for this ID.
