The Core Facility Transgenic Mice has been in operation since July 2011 under the overall management of Prof. Dr. Thomas Wirth and the technical management of Ms. Olena Sakk.
Our services include:
- Generation of new transgenic mouse lines
- Cryopreservation and storage of mutant mouse lines
- Revitalisation of cryopreserved mouse embryos
- Rederivation of individual contaminated or newly delivered mouse lines
