Bärbel Engelhardt (born 1956) has been working as a part-time administrative assistant in the office of the Institute of Accounting and Auditing since May 2003 After graduating from high school and attending the College of Social Pedagogy, Ms Engelhardt worked as an educator for seven years. After taking a parental leave (4 children), she was a driving force behind setting up the "Reliable Primary School" of Sybilla Merian Elementary School. Several training courses in the field of IT followed. After five years Mrs Engelhardt ended her employment with the City of Ulm at her own request in order to participate in a nine months professional development to Office and IT Specialist (with "ECDL"), which she completed successfully.
