Project Work

 max. 2 students

Aims:

Students doing this lab should

- learn how to use modern equipment for preparation and characterization of thin films and nano-sized clusters.

- get hands-on experience with modern characterization techniques such as SEM, SQUID/VSM magnetometry, X-ray diffraction etc.

- obtain insight into up to date simulation and modeling tools and techniques in the field of magnetic properties of materials
