Our first publication this year deals with the synthesis of a tightly packed dendrimer, which comprises 42 thiophene and 7 phenylene units. The structure resembles a hexagonalen snowflake. The results are described in our new publication with the title „Spacial structures induced by sterical hindrance of large substituents: A dendritic macromolecular „snowflake“ molecule” which just appeared online in Journal of Polymer Science 2022 online and is dedicated to Prof. Klaus Müllen on the occasion of his 75th birthday.
