Studierendenwerk Ulm student dormitories
The Studierendenwerk Ulm leases rooms in several student dormitories (overview of all dormitories) in Ulm. These rooms are usually rented out for at least one semester (6 months). There are bus connections to all universities and the city center from all dorms. Moving in is only possible from Monday to Friday, i.e. if you arrive on a Friday afternoon or on the weekend, you will have to wait until Monday morning. You often cannot move in until the first day of your contract, as prior tenants usually stay until the last possible day and rooms must be cleaned afterwards.
