General Information
This brand new seminar will expose you to the world of millimeter-waves (frequency range roughly 30 GHz to 300 GHz), especially antennas, systems and their respective technologies. It will cover
- Chip-Integrated Antennas and Antennas in Package
- Dielectric Waveguide Technology and Antennas
- Metasurface Antennas (Holographic Antennas)
- Interconnects and Packaging of mm-wave systems
- Glass Technology for mm-waves
- Phased Array Systems
- OFDM and Digital Radars
- Calibration and Radar Signal Processing for Imaging Radars
using examples from our own research and the recent literature. Dive into one of those topics yourselves, conducting literature research, understanding the underlying principles, and presenting your findings to your peers. Plus, benefit from your peers' presentations. In doing so, you will gain a uniquely broad understanding of this fascinating topic of mm-waves.
