Erasmus+ and staff mobility

Do you want to gain experience abroad, establish international contacts and get to know different approaches in your field of work? The Erasmus+ programme not only supports students and teachers for stays abroad. Administrative staff and other employees can also receive funding for training under Erasmus+, usually for a period of 1 to 2 weeks.

Different options are available: One way is to participate in a Staff Training Week at a partner university with a fixed programme. The working language is English. A second option is individually organised Job Shadowing, where you shadow colleagues at the partner university in your field of activity, e.g. in administrative units, library facilities or IT departments.
