Description:

The 32NOC2022 is the latest version of a 32-channel, bidirectional digital-in/digital-out fully-integrated neuromodulator chip. A large number of programmable gain and bandwidth settings alongside a dynamic range of stimulation currents of 66dB allow optimization for various applications, ranging from intrafasciular peripheral nerve stimulation to spinal cord stimulation.

The recording front-end is AC-coupled, thus featuring a large input impedance and electrode offset tolerance. An internal switch-matrix allows to use either a dedicated reference electrode, or any recording electrode as a common reference.

The 32NOC2022 features electrode voltage monitors providing first-fault safety and regulation compliance without blocking capacitors, thereby reducing external component count and area consumption as well as image artifacts in MRI due to the magnetic constituents in ceramic capacitors.
