The data for examination and SCORAD are listed in the following tables.
        Additionally we prepared a table containing the date of the examination.
        The procedure of creating the date can you find in the file 'derivedvariables1y_date'.

        All tables are provided as SAS and SPSS-file.                                                           

       Annotated CRFs are also included (variable names were added in red and coding in  blue
        colour onto the original questionnaire).
