The data is divided into 2 parts, the first data set includes all data of the questionnaire – it is called ‘month2 The second data file includes the move questionnaire – this table is called ‘move_month2’.
The table 'gender_age_additional_children' contains gender and birthdate of children having no questionnaire data but laboratory data.

All tables are provided as SAS- and SPSS-files.
                                                         

A documentation of all variables is given as an additional Excel-file with two sheets  -   one for the month table and one for the move_month2 table. 

An annotated CRF is also included (variable names were added in red and coding in  blue colour onto the original questionnaire).
