The data is divided into 2 parts, the first data set includes all data of the questionnaire –
     it is called ‘year1’.
     The second data file includes the move questionnaire – this table is called ‘move_year1’.


     All tables are provided as SAS- and SPSS-files.
                                                         

     A documentation of all variables is given as an additional Excel-file with two sheets -  
     one for the year1 table and one for the move_year1 table. 

      An annotated CRF is also included (variable names were added in red and coding in  blue
      colour onto the original questionnaire).
