The data is divided into 2 parts, the first data set includes all data of the questionnaire –
     it is called ‘year2’.
     In the update from October 2010 5 IDs which doesn´t belong to the cohorte were deleted.

     
     The second data file includes the move questionnaire – this table is called ‘move_year2’.
     In the last update from January 2010 some moving questionnaires of Switzerland were
     added.

     All tables are provided as SAS- and SPSS-files.
                                                         

      An annotated CRF is also included (variable names were added in red and coding in  blue
      colour onto the original questionnaire).
