The data is divided into 3 parts, the first data set includes all data of the questionnaire –
     it is called 'main_year3’ . The second data set includes the vaccination data, called 'vacc_year3'.

     The other data file contains the data of the moving questionnaire – this table is called
     'move_year3’.
    


     All tables are provided as SAS-files and SPSS-files.
                                                         

      An annotated CRF is also included (variable names and codings were added into the original questionnaire).

       In the French center no moving questionnaire was filled in.
