The data is divided into 2 parts, the first data set includes all data of the questionnaire –
     it is called ‘year4_main’. The data set of then moving questionnaire is called 'year4_move'.
    

     All tables are provided as SAS-files and SPSS-files.
                                                         

      An annotated CRF is also included.
