Initiated by the DFG funded MoMAN Center, omics data and image data, which are measured using the existing imaging modalities, are to be collected anonymously and made available to the members as a data source in the data repository. The aim is to bring together a large amount of data from the various modalities with the associated findings in order to analyze them on different scales for different clinical pictures (from cardiology, oncology, neurology, ...).

With the establishment of the data repository, a large number of quantitative features can be easily extracted from image and omics data of any modality and merged and analyzed using modern methods such as machine learning.

By building an infrastructure of well-annotated data repositories, a basis for further research, e.g. in the areas of machine learning and AI, for clinical decision support is created.
