Registration

We are both glad and sorry to inform you that the workshop attendance maximum capacity has been reached and that the registration is now closed. Please contact the organizers at iwsds2012(at)immi-labs.org for further information.

Note that the registration procedure (*) takes place in two steps:

  1. Pre-registration: First, you need to complete your pre-registration on the IWSDS 2012 registration site.
  2. Registration: Only after your pre-registration has been validated, you will be able to confirm your registration and proceed to the payment. Please note that contrary to what is written on the online registration site, payment by bank transfer is not only possibe for French public organizations, it is also possible for other organizations abroad. Therefore, if you wish to pay by bank transfer, do not take this information in account. Validation of pre-registration will be made AFTER the paper selection, from September 15.
Registration will be closed on November 20, as we must finalize the hotel booking by that time.

In order to achieve pre-registration, please access the registration server and fill out the pre-registration form by indicating in the first part your personal information and in the second part the address and telephone number of your organization. Note that the e-mail address indicated in the 1st part is the one which identifies you and where all information will be sent to.

(*) This registration server is a generic program produced by CNRS (French National Scientific Research Center) for organizing conferences in various areas.
