Department of Work and Organizational Psychology
The subject of Work and Organizational Psychology is the experience and behavior of people in the work context and collaboration with others. The tasks of Work and Organizational Psychology are the description, explanation, prediction, and shaping of human work processes. The goal is to combine individual needs and organizational requirements as successfully as possible.

The administration office is staffed Tuesday and Thursday ca. 8am to ca. 3pm (except for break and vacation times). On Wednesdays and Fridays our administration office is available via e-mail while working from home. We recommend arranging personal contact via e-mail ahead of time.
