Lecture/Exercise - Integrated High-Frequency Circuits

In this course, the students will learn the entire design and work flow of active RF components monolithically integrated in a modern SiGe BiCMOS technology.
 

Content:

• Frequency-translating and large-signal design and optimization of an active monolithically
   integrated RF circuit
• Discussion and comparison of different design strategies
• Utilization of EM-schematic co-simulation in a state-of-the-art design environment
• On-die measurements of the actual performance metrics
