13b Bachelor in Ulm


The 13b Bachelor's programme offers you the exceptional opportunity to optimally prepare yourself for a future career in auditing in the first stage of your studies. As part of your degree programme, you will complete examination achievements that are creditable towards the auditing exam. This gives you the opportunity to organise your studies in a goal-oriented way and to take the auditing exam later on in a shortened form.

As the 13b credit transfer option is part of your regular degree programme, you will not incur any additional costs.

Access to the 13b Bachelor's programme

After starting your regular Bachelor's degree programme in First choice at Ulm University, you decide at the end of the 3rd semester, without obligation, to take the 13b WPO. No admission exam is required for participation in the 13b Bachelor's programme. You have the certainty and flexibility of being able to continue your Bachelor's degree programme as normal at any time.

Course of study

As part of the additional qualification in accordance with Section 13b WPO, you will deepen your studies from the 4th semester in the profile area of Accounting and Auditing. Depending on the option chosen, modules are completed in the areas of Business Administration/Administration and/or Business Law. As the amount of coursework for the additional qualification in accordance with Section 13b WPO exceeds the regular Bachelor's degree programme, the 13b Bachelor's degree is designed for seven semesters.

Completion of the 13b Bachelor's degree

Successful completion of the modules outlined in the study curriculum and passing the final oral examination in the respective area is required to achieve the additional qualification in accordance with Section 13b WPO.
