The Section for Basic Research of the German Society for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (DGOU) awarded the Wilhelm Roux Prize to Dr. Mubashir Ahmad at its annual congress in Berlin. The title of the award-winning paper is “Inhibition of AXL receptor tyrosine kinase enhances osteoblast function and bone mass in mice”.
