Application Procedure

- Complete the form fully and carefully.
- Check that all information is complete and correct.
- Submit your complete application, including proof of nationality, by 15 June 2026, 17:00 (Brussels time) via email to saps(at)uni-ulm.de
Note
A fee waiver reduces the tuition fees of a module by 80%. You may apply for multiple modules, provided you are enrolled in them during the Summer Semester 2026.
Even if you do not meet the formal eligibility criteria, please still complete the form, as you will receive internal funding in this case.
