Katharina von Borstel studied Business Psychology in Hamburg for her Bachelor's degree and Business Consulting & Digital Management for her Master's degree. During her master's degree, she joined XING as a working student and now works as a Junior Manager in Business Development.
Since may 2023, Katharina has been a research assistant at the Institute of Education and Psychology, Department of Learning and Instruction, she continues to work part-time at XING. Katharina is particularly fascinated by the acceptance of digital learning and how learning paths can be individualized for optimal learning success.
At the same time, Katharina von Borstel is a board member of Forum Assessment e.V., an association of experts in industrial and organizational psychology, consultants and diagnosticians.
