Content

The lecture teaches basic knowledge of bioinformatics with regard to future fields of activity of (medical) computer scientists in the field of molecular medicine and biotechnology. Foundational and practically applicable knowledge and skills are to be taught, which will allow DNA and protein sequences to be compared and analyzed, as well as models to be developed.
