Dr. Tobias Skuban-Eiseler, MA

Tobias Skuban-Eiseler first studied organ at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München in the solo class of Prof. Edgar Krapp, later with Prof. Martin Lücker in Frankfurt/Main. 2003 - 2009 studies of human medicine at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, 2008 study visit in Boston (USA) as scholarship holder of Harvard Medical International. 2009 Doctorate (Dr. med.) with an experimental thesis on the biomechanical conditions of the proximal femur (summa cum laude). Further medical training at the Friedrich-Baur-Institute at the Neurological Clinic of the LMU Munich, at the Psychiatric University Clinic Cologne and at the Psychiatric University Clinic of the LMU. Since 2014, specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (with orientation in behavioral therapy). Since 2014 Tobias Skuban has been working at the Psychiatric Emergency and Crisis Center Atriumhaus in Munich, since 2016 as senior physician. Since 2022 he is head of the Atriumhaus. 2016 - 2018 Further training in sexual therapy (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Sexualforschung, DGfS), 2019 establishment of a special outpatient clinic for sexual therapy at the Atriumhaus. 2018 - 2022 study of ethics at the Munich School of Philosophy, Faculty of Philosophy SJ, Master's thesis on sexual self-determination of people with intellectual disabilities. Since April 2022 research fellow at the Institute of the History, Philosophy and Ethics of Medicine at the University of Ulm.
