Dr. Oxana Kosenko

Studies of history and archival science at the Ural State University in Ekaterinburg (Russia) (2000-2005). 2010, candidate of sciences (specialty: archival science) at the Russian State University for the Humanities (Moscow). 2015, PhD at the Free University of Berlin. 2004-2009, research fellow at the State Archive of the Russian Federation (Moscow). 2013-2018, research fellow in the project of the Saxon Academy of Sciences in Leipzig related to the history of the scientific contacts between Germany and Russia in the 19th century in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceutics and medicine. Since July 2018, research fellow in the DFG-funded project "Hygiene propaganda and theatrical Biopolitics in the Soviet Union in the 1920's-40's. The Moscow Theatre of the Sanitary Culture as a factory of a new man" at the Institute of the History, Philosophy and Ethics of Medicine at the University of Ulm.
