Dr.-Ing. Lena-Marie Ränger

Ms. Ränger performs the following duties at the Institute:

• Postdoc in the group of Prof. Grützner
• Group leader multiple Dividing Wall Column

Ms. Ränger studied process engineering at TUHH from 2011-2017 and joined the research group of Prof. Grützner at the University of Ulm in early 2018. At the end of 2021, she received her PhD on "Multi-objective Optimization of Simple and Multiple Dividing Wall Columns and Their Operational Flexibility Close to the Optimum" and is currently working on several topics as a postdoc:

• Experimental investigations on multiple dividing wall columns
• Multi-objective optimization
• Resource efficiency enhancement of the food industry
• Planning of a beer brewing plant
