Manage with upheavals - dare to departure

Providing orientation for people at the transition between work and retirement (Duration May 2019 - April 2020)

The transition between working life and retirement is seen by many as a major turning point. Some succeed this transition apparently effortless, others not. In order to make this transition as smooth as possible, different seminar concepts will be developed and tested within the framework of this project, which should offer orientation and reflection options during the transition and help to shape one's own aging. The seminar concepts are aimed particularly at people who are usually rarely found in educational work and in the classic engagement fields.

In order to spread the seminar concepts as widely as possible, they will be further developed into a multiplier approach in a second step. With this procedure, a twofold goal is pursued: On the one hand, the offer is multiplied and on the other hand, one would like to come through trained multipliers to otherwise difficult to reach target groups. The modular concept can be adapted to the interests, needs and demands of the respective target group.
