In August 2011 a new research collaboration between Prof. Manfred Reichert from the Institute of Databases and Information Systems (DBIS) and the Daimler AG will be started. From DBIS side, Julian Tiedeken will work as PhD student in this project. The overall goal is to develop a holistic model for electric/electronic (E/E) product data as well as an approach enabling full lifecycle support for E/E product data.
