"My research aims to better understand mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases, focusing on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD). My methodological approach relies on advanced microscopy techniques such as live-cell single molecule tracking and super-resolution microscopy as well as state-of-the-art biochemical methods."
