On March 17–18, 2026, Prof. Thomas Grützner, together with other 25 representatives, including four review board members, from across Germany gathered for the DFG roundtable “Chemical and Thermal Process Engineering” in the New Senate Hall at TU Braunschweig. In addition to receiving updates from the DFG Head Office on overarching funding topics, statistics, and the funding situation for coordinated programmes, participants presented and discussed seven topic proposals for potential Priority Programmes.
