In this work, an available 160 GHz radar platform ought to be extended with a sniffer probe. The complete system shall be comissioned and characterized. Afterwards different applications (surface analysis, volume flow, etc.) shall be investigated, evaluated and compared with theoretical assumptions. The different measurement setups for the specific applications must be realized.
