- Planar antenna, filters, and coupler design
- Power and low noise amplifier design using off-the-shelf components
- Mixer designing off-the-shelf components
- Radar signal synthesis and processing
- Characterization of the individual radar components
- Initial setup of the radar sensor and field tests
