Registration will start on June 19th 2023 and is possible until August 31th 2023 or until the conference is sold out.

The conference fee is 270€ (early bird; 300€ regular). The fee includes the entire scientific program, two lunches, drinks and bites during the coffee breaks, food during the poster session and a conference dinner.

The available rooms at Reisensburg castle are 91.60€-96.60€ per night (Single Room including breakfast) and 111.90€ / 186.80€ per night (Double Room for one person / two persons including breakfast). The rooms must be paid at check-out. The costs are not included in the conference fee.

Rooms at Reisensburg castle can only be booked with registration until all rooms are booked. It is not possible to book a room at Reisensburg after completing the registration process. Please be aware that all necessary information will be made available to Reisensburg castle.

If you prefer to stay at a hotel in Günzburg, several rooms have been blocked for participants of the SAfJR2023 conference in the following two hotels. Rooms can be reserved by sending an email directly to the hotel. Please refer to “Survival Analysis for Junior Researchers” or “SAfJR” upon reservation.
